How do I sign up?

If you're an active member or regular attender, email database@rocklanechristian.org or use The Rock app to sign up. A photo is required to be included.

Didn’t receive your invitation?

If you signed up but didn’t hear back, email us and we’ll follow up: database@rocklanechristian.org

Trouble uploading or editing your photo?

There’s a known issue. You can simply email or text us your photo and we’ll upload it for you: database@rocklanechristian.org

Invitation expired?

Just email us for a new one.

Can I access my account without being in the directory?

No. Access is only available to those listed in the directory.

Do I need a new password every time I log in?

No. Use your original password. If you forget it, click “Forgot Password” to reset it. An email will be sent to the address on file.

Can I change my photo later?

Yes. You can upload a new photo (.jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, or .png). All uploads are reviewed for appropriate content.

Can I bring a printed photo to scan?

Yes. Drop it off at the church office with your contact information. We’ll scan and upload it for you.

Not sure if we already have a photo for you?

Email us — we’ll be happy to check.

My family members are missing from my account. Can you add them?

Yes. Email us with their names and relationship to you (spouse, son, daughter, etc.) and we’ll update your account.

Someone needs to be removed from my account. What do I do?

Email database@rocklanechristian.org and we’ll take care of it.

Can I use my phone to access the directory?

Yes. There is no separate app, but the directory works well on mobile browsers. You can also access it through The Rock church app.

I get a message saying my email isn’t found. What now?

Email us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

I changed my email and now can’t log in.

Email us to update your account access.

Security & Use Policy
  • Your bank or credit card information is not stored in the directory. Online giving uses a separate secure system.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Abuse of the directory (e.g. mass emails, personal gain, or unauthorized advertising) will result in revoked access and follow-up from Pastor Seth and the Eldership.

Important: The directory is intended for personal, one-to-one connection only. Any event promotion or group requests must go through the church office for approval.

Printed Directory Copies

Yes, we offer printed versions for those without internet access. There is a small fee to cover printing costs. Please note: printed directories may become outdated quickly, while the online version updates in real time.

The online directory is reserved for Rocklane members and regular attenders. If you’re not connected yet, we’d love to invite you to join us!


Want to be removed?

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want to be listed, please email database@rocklanechristian.org. Please note: opting out means you will no longer have access.
